| Five easy steps to complete a Web Loan. |

| 1. Log into MATT Web |

| 2. Click the “Web Loan” button on the left menu. |

| 3. Click the “Start an Application” Link. |
| |
| 4. Choose the application name, single or joint and Click “Apply” |
| |
| 5. Fill out the application and submit it. |
| |
| After your loan application has been submitted, you will be
notified of the loan decision by E-mail, ground mail, or
telephone. You can also check on the status of your loan by clicking on the "Loan Status" button. |
